An Old Florida fish camp grown into Inverness's waterfront pub, The Cove sits at the end of Cove Camp Point with docking for both airboats and pleasure craft and cabins and RV sites spread behind it. Wings anchor the menu, smoked or traditional, by eight, twelve or sixteen, dressed in Debbie's sauce, mango habanero, citrus chipotle barbecue or a kamikaze dry rub. Chargrilled Angus burgers follow, from the Florida Fat Boy to maple whiskey and bacon. Smoked fish dip, cheese curds and Oinkers pulled pork over house chips round out the shareables. Open daily; dogs are welcome on the patio.
