On St Armands Circle since 1978, and the menu is reprinted every day with the date on it. The raw bar is the centrepiece: boutique oysters flown in by name, Prince Edward Island Bay Breeze, Connecticut Blue Points, Virginia Blackberrys, sold singly or as a tasting flight, alongside Dutch Harbor Alaskan giant red king crab priced by the quarter pound or ordered whole, Bairdi snow crab clusters and caviar service. Elsewhere, dayboat wahoo ceviche, blue crab and Maine lobster cake, chargrilled Spanish octopus with a marcona almond romesco. Early dining runs a discounted card, soup or salad included, before six.
