Bay Pines Boulevard, and the whole menu is a build-your-own bag. Weigh out snow crab legs, Dungeness, king crab, head-on or headless shrimp, crawfish, clams, black and green mussels, scallops or lobster tail; add corn, potatoes, sausage, eggs, ramen noodles or steamed rice; then pick between the kitchen's Old Bay, Cajun and lemon-pepper blend across four heat levels, or plain garlic butter. Fried catfish, oysters raw or steamed, hush puppies, crab cakes and bone-in wings in seven sauces fill out the rest. Casual, messy, meant for sharing across a table. Closed Tuesdays, open until ten the rest of the week.
