CRAFT KEY BISCAYNE – Restaurant

On Crandon Boulevard, CRAFT's island outpost does the unglamorous work well: breakfast before the causeway, salads at midday, pizza and burgers after the beach. The salads are the strength here, built around baked Chilean salmon with quinoa and mango salsa, soy-glazed yellowfin tuna with pickled ginger and tajín corn, garlic-butter sriracha shrimp with edamame, and a homemade lentil falafel plate with beetroot aioli. Burgers arrive on brioche with classic or truffle fries. Pizzas run from margherita to spicy honey pepperoni with gorgonzola. Portions are consistently called generous, prices reasonable, service quick. Straightforward comfort food, done the same way every visit.
