Industrial garage doors roll up onto Central Avenue and the room spills onto the sidewalk. This downtown St. Petersburg bar runs late, three in the morning every night, with DJs, communal tables and televisions angled at every game. The kitchen is no afterthought: hand-breaded grouper bites with bang sauce, tater tots smothered in white queso and bourbon bacon jam, sweet potato tots with cotija, buffalo cauliflower, coconut shrimp. Smash burgers come doubled or stacked with bourbon bacon jam and smoked gouda. Tacos, a shawarma chicken gyro wrap, a Caesar wrap and a Baja grouper burrito follow. Happy hour every afternoon.
