Clematis Street wakes early, and Crema Gourmet is part of the reason. Trading since 2012, this West Palm Beach cafe serves breakfast all day: two eggs any style, a Greek omelette, salmon bagels, avocado toast, chocolate chip pancakes and acai bowls. Lunch brings tuna poke and quinoa bowls, beet and Caesar chicken salads, prosciutto and turkey club sandwiches, and three pastas. Espresso, cortados, matcha lattes, nitro cold brew and pressed juices cover the drinks. Free WiFi, power outlets and laptop-friendly tables make it a working room too. Open seven each morning, closed by mid-afternoon. Lentil soup too. Breakfast, entirely uncomplicated.
