Cristina's Kitchen keeps a short Cuban card and cooks it properly. The Cuban sandwich is the anchor, with roast pork, ham, swiss, pickles, mustard and mayonnaise. Pan con bistec arrives with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato and potato chips; the Cuban chicken burrito wraps congri, plantains, onions and a garlic cilantro sauce. Bowls are built on roasted pork, chicken breast or bistec, each with sweet plantains, onions and shredded lettuce. A bacon smash burger on brioche and chicken tenders cover the rest, with plantain chips or straight-cut fries alongside. Midday hours only, a few days a week. Small operation, real cooking.
