CROSSBONES GRILL – Restaurant

Crossbones Grill sits on State Road 40 in Silver Springs, a roadside stop running a burger griddle and a hibachi line at the same time. Sirloin burgers come single or double, with bacon, or as the Barn Burger under grilled chicken; the Pirates Poison stacks two patties with chicken, pork barbecue, sauteed onion and mushroom. Then Philly cheesesteaks, a fried flounder sandwich, and Zack's Fat Wrap of chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks and fries. The other half of the menu is hibachi chicken, beef, shrimp and fish, plus fried rice, dumplings, spring rolls and krab rangoon. Generous portions, closed on Mondays.
