Churrasco and carne de cerdo frita lead, with pechuga a la plancha and camarones al ajillo behind them, and mofongo, tostones and arroz y habichuelas holding up the plate. The hours are short - afternoons into the evening, and not every day of the week - which is usually a sign the cooking matters more than the covers. Order the mofongo and put something fried on top of it. That is the whole point.
