CROWN MAJESTIC KITCHEN – Restaurant

A Jacksonville food truck that builds its whole identity around smoked gouda mac and cheese. Bowls come loaded: sliced steak with Crown buffalo sauce and a ranch drizzle, crispy chicken tenders under a sweet-tangy barbecue glaze, sweet crab meat beneath toasted breadcrumbs, or the surf-and-turf version. Wings are lightly breaded and sold six, eight or twelve pieces across six flavours, garlic parmesan and gochujang sweet-and-spicy among them. Red velvet waffles arrive with bone-in wings, buttercream drizzle and pecans. The Crown cheesesteak stacks shaved beef, tri-colour peppers, mushrooms and white American. Cheese fries alongside.
