CUBAN GUYS – Restaurant

Cuban Guys built its name on the frita: a seasoned beef patty crowned with crispy string fries and onions on a Cuban roll, sold single, doubled, or with cheese. The Miami-area group runs a familiar Cuban counter card around it, from pressed Cubanos and midnight sandwiches to pan con croqueta, croqueta preparada, vaca frita, and palomilla steak sandwiches loaded the same way. Cuban bowls stack white rice, black beans, sweet plantains and grilled onions under chicken, masitas or pulled pork. Breakfast brings eggs, tostada and cafe con leche. Flan, tres leches, churros and cheese or guava tequenos close things out.
