A Naples food truck trading under the line 'the flavors of joy', built around wraps you can also take as a bowl and a farm-sourcing habit the owners talk about openly. The Caesar goes romaine, shaved Parmesan and brioche croutons; the Thai-inspired one packs two cabbages, chow mein noodles and a sunflower-butter dressing; another leans on cilantro-jalapeno. Specials rotate by location: chilaquiles, nachos, vegetable fried rice, a three-cheese sourdough grilled cheese. Chicken, steak, avocado or roasted cauliflower go on top, and gluten-free and dairy-free swaps are built in. Chef Valeria Otey runs the kitchen. The truck posts its stops ahead.
