Mill Basin's pizza shop since 1983, opened by Shmuel and Ayalla Dagan and still strictly dairy, keeping Chalav Yisrael, Pat Yisrael and kemach yashan under the Vaad Hakashrus of Flatbush. Slices come regular, white, spinach, broccoli, eggplant, or the everything-loaded Zarko. Whole pies run green olive, mushroom, vegetable and extra cheese, plus a gluten-free fourteen inch. Beyond pizza: calzones, Dagan and Israeli bourekas, falafel by pita, wrap or platter, tuna melts, babaganoush and tehina sandwiches, Israeli and Greek salads, soups, knishes. Milkshakes, slushes and soft ice cream keep the children happy. Closed Saturday, short hours on Friday, free local delivery.
