D'AMICOS THE CONTINENTAL – Restaurant

On Third Street South in Naples, The Continental reads like a New York steakhouse crossed with a 1920s Parisian bistro, with a courtyard that made it one of the first rooms in town to take outdoor dining seriously. Steaks are hand-cut: Creekstone Farms Angus, certified Piedmontese, Snake River Farms wagyu, a Japanese A5 strip sold by the ounce, a forty-ounce tomahawk. Around them sit yellowtail carpaccio, hand-cut steak tartare with quail egg, seafood towers, caviar with popovers, meatloaf, parmesan-crusted chicken and a daily catch. A thirty-seat craft cocktail bar and live music keep the room going well past dinner service.
