DAVE'S HOT CHICKEN – Restaurant

Orlando has two Dave's dining rooms, one on International Drive and one at Waterford Lakes, and both work the same short, hot menu. Tenders arrive on plain white bread; sliders come with pickles, house kale slaw and the chipotle-mayo Dave's Sauce. Seven spice levels climb from no spice to Reaper, and the Reaper requires a signed waiver before anyone hands it over. French fries, cheese fries and macaroni cheese are the sides, and the chicken is halal. The chain was founded in 2017 by four childhood friends who pooled nine hundred dollars for a portable fryer and some folding tables.
