Everything here is a twelve-inch hand-tossed pie, and the naming is half the pleasure. The Gladiator piles on pepperoni, Italian sausage, Black Forest ham and bacon. Slice O Heaven finishes a red base with roma tomato, black pepper, garlic-infused oil and a cool swirl of ricotta. Wrong Margherita keeps it to basil and tomato over garlic and oil. Vegetarians get Mr Nice Guy and the Mediterranean, both loaded with artichoke and kalamata.
