Begin with empanadas and chimichurri aioli, coconut-battered shrimp under tamarind-orange dip, or the sweet-corn arepa de choclo with melted mozzarella. Then bandeja paisa, cazuela montanera, shrimp cazuela in tomato-coconut broth, bistec a caballo, or the Eleven Eleven burger. Natural juices arrive in lulo, soursop, guava and passion fruit; refajo comes by the jug. House-roasted coffee closes things out.
