Delice Bakery – Restaurant

A family-owned kosher French bakery on West Pico Boulevard, working to Cholov Yisrael and Pas Yisrael standards with Yoshon flour. The pastry case is the draw: butter croissants, pain au chocolat, pain aux raisins, almond croissants, cheese danish, cinnamon and chocolate twists, French macarons, and borekas filled with cheese, spinach or potato. Bread runs to soft sourdough, baguettes, multigrain and challah, plus marble cake and a big brioche. Until two there is a real cafe menu as well, shakshuka with poached eggs in spiced tomato and pepper, eggs benedict on brioche, build-your-own omelette plates, acai and yogurt bowls. Closed Saturdays.
