DELICIAS LA PRIMA – Restaurant

A Seventh Avenue kitchen in Miami that cooks two countries at once: Honduran baleadas and green-banana tajadas on one page, Peruvian ceviche and lomo saltado on the next. Baleadas come simple, with egg, with beef, or con todo. Ceibeno piles plantain slices with carne asada or a fried pork chop. From the sea: jalea mixta in two sizes, fried calamari, shrimp and fish ceviche, sopa marinera. Elsewhere pupusas, fried tacos, queso frito with tajadas, fried chicken and a grilled fish fillet, most plates with two sides of your choosing. Breakfast opens at eight and the kitchen runs to late evening.
