An Italian counter in the Weston Road mall where the gelato case does most of the talking: pistachio, stracciatella, Ferrero Rocher, dulce de leche, plus dairy-free mango and lemon, scooped into cups, cones or a brioche bun. Carlotta's team runs all day, from espresso, cortadito and cappuccino through cream, almond and pistachio croissants to caprese and smoked-salmon crostoni, ham-and-cheese sandwiches, waffles and Nutella crepes. Tiramisu, panna cotta and creme caramel arrive in jars. Indoor and outdoor seats suit a quick coffee or a long work session, and the kitchen caters parties, business lunches and boat provisioning.
