This St. Petersburg branch of Dickey's smokes its meats on site each day, then serves them fast across a counter: beef brisket, pork ribs, pulled pork, smoked chicken breast, Polish kielbasa and jalapeno cheddar sausage. Build a plate with two homestyle sides and Texas toast, or a Giant Pit-Smoked Loaded Baker topped with meat. Wings come bone-in or boneless in three sizes. Sides include potato salad, barbecue beans, green beans with bacon and loaded baked potato casserole. Open eleven to nine, seven days a week, with catering and family packs.
