Out on US 1 south of St. Augustine's old town, this Dick's Wings & Grill is the neighbourhood version of the Florida and Georgia chain: booths, beer and a wall of screens. Wings come traditional or boneless with a very long sauce list, and the kitchen backs them with Hog Wings from pork shanks, Dick's Extreme Nachos under chili and queso, Black and Bleu Fries, buffalo chicken flatbread and the Cajun Ranch Burger. Burgers are half a pound, fresh rather than frozen. Doors open at eleven daily and stay open until eleven at weekends. Come hungry and order another round.
