BEACH BAGELS – American
Beach Bagels opened in March 2026 in a small storefront on A1A South in St. Augustine Beach, and it keeps beach hours: mornings only, Wednesday through Sunday, with shutters down at one. Bagels come plain, sesame, everything, garlic, whole wheat and blueberry, paired with cream cheeses made in house, among them jalapeno, datil honey, strawberry and veggie. Beyond the bagel there are sandwiches built on house-roasted meats, plus salads and bowls, with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options accounted for. Owners Peter and Kristen Kenney also run the Purple Olive; Kristen previously ran Schmagel's Bagels downtown. Early, unhurried, and properly made.
