Dikla Delicious – Restaurant

A dedicated gluten-free and certified kosher bakery on Stirling Road, Dikla Delicious exists for people who normally have to skip the bread basket entirely. Everything is baked without gluten and without dairy: heimishe challah, Jerusalem bagels sold four to a pack, burger buns, loft-style chocolate and carrot cakes, rugelach wound around a chocolate swirl, fudgy brownie squares, black-and-white cookies, carrot muffins under thick icing, and truffle carrot bites rolled in crushed nuts.
