Up on the second floor of the Ocean Walk Shoppes, steps from the Daytona Beach boardwalk, Dill is a family-run Eastern European kitchen drawing on Polish, German and Ukrainian cooking. Twelve seared pierogies arrive with a house dill sauce, and you can mix and match two kinds if you cannot decide. Classic schnitzel comes with homestyle fried potatoes and a cabbage-dill salad; there is a stuffed version, a cordon bleu, a beef stroganoff. The Polish plate for two stacks stuffed cabbage rolls, potato-and-cheese pierogies, potato pancakes and Polish sausage. Soups, salads, sides, house-made desserts. Closed Mondays; open Tuesday through Sunday.
