DIMELO PIZZERIA – Restaurant
Hialeah's Cuban take on a pizzeria, working out of West 36th Avenue. Garlic bread and garlic knots open the menu. The kitchen builds pizzas to order, as many as nine toppings deep, but the stranger pleasures are the cremas: the house Dimelo with tomato sauce, bacon, chicken and mozzarella, plus Reina, Virginia, Aurora and a plain queso. Baked macaroni comes loaded with chorizo, ham, bacon, meatball or three cheeses. There are spaghettis, napolitano or chorizo, lasagna, and family-sized specials for a table. Milkshakes, juices, sodas and an ice-cream sandwich close things out. Prices stay low and the portions do not.
