Off Conroy Road near Millenia, this is Orlando dim sum with a fish tank's worth of ambition attached to it. The steamed side is familiar comfort: shrimp dumplings, shumai, soup dumplings, har gow made with shrimp and scallop. The seafood list is where it turns serious, with sea bass steamed alive to order and a Sichuan boiled fish that arrives under a slick of chili. Roast duck, salt-and-pepper chicken, Peking pork ribs, cumin beef and walnut shrimp cover the rest, with beef chow fun in gravy and garlicky snow pea tips alongside. Open from late morning, seven days a week.
