DING ASIAN CUISINE – Restaurant

One kitchen, several cuisines: a sushi bar, a hibachi line, a Thai section and a teriyaki menu all run out of this Boyette Road dining room in Riverview. Start with coconut shrimp in sweet-hot Thai sauce, pan-fried pork and vegetable dumplings, or roasted duck rolled up with cucumber, scallion and hoisin. The raw side runs through tuna, salmon, hamachi, octopus and ikura by the piece, plus chef's special rolls and seared tuna with shichimi and ponzu. Fried rice, udon and soba fill the middle. Beer and wine are poured, and the doors open every day of the week except Monday.
