A neighbourhood food trailer parked at a kava bar in Melbourne's Eau Gallie Arts District, running a smoker, a fryer and a flat-top out of one small service window. Smash burgers anchor it: the single or double District, the Bwana with cheddar and bacon under poblano pesto, the Roded topped with an onion ring, a BBQ version with pulled pork and slaw. Elsewhere sit a fire ribeye cheesesteak, pulled pork and Cuban sandwiches, IPA beer-battered chicken strips, coconut shrimp, curried veggie empanadas, maple-jalapeno pork belly ends and three loaded macs. Key lime pie and apple cinnamon empanadas close it out.
