A Doc Holliday conceit, played straight: cowboy barbecue washed up in the Florida Keys. The spacious upstairs eatery seats plenty; a few steps off Duval, a small outdoor bar handles the later crowd. Order jumbo house-smoked wings, jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon, Mary Kate's smoked fish dip, or classic conch fritters. Bigger plates run to slow-smoked Angus brisket, half and full racks of baby back ribs, an eight-ounce sirloin, ribeye under Jack Daniel's butter, and locally caught mahi-mahi. Fish and chips, snow crab legs and Key lime pie round it out. Happy hour lands daily; the kitchen works until ten.
