Tucked into a Cypress Edge Drive suite in Palm Coast, Don Luigi's Gourmet Kitchen cooks Italian one plate at a time. Antipasti set the tone: hand-cut zucchini fritte with house aioli, calamari fritti, mozzaluna breaded cheese, a cold board of cured meats and aged provolone. Mains run classic and regional, from ravioli all'aragosta under Napolitana shrimp sauce to saltimbocca di vitello with polenta and garlic spinach, frutti di mare over linguini, penne alla vodka. Lunch runs weekday middays, dinner Monday through Saturday, with Sundays reserved for private events. Finish with tiramisu or a cannoli from Palermo. Unhurried, generous, genuinely Italian.
