DONUT GALLERY DINER – Restaurant

Tucked in the back corner of Harbor Plaza, this Key Biscayne counter has been feeding the island since 1972 and still opens at six in the morning. Breakfast and lunch run all day. The Ted Special layers bacon, ham, cheese, tomato and egg on an English muffin; the Key Biscayner brings two pancakes, two eggs, two rashers and grits or hash browns. Blueberry pancakes, milkshakes and a thick hot chocolate. Orange juice is pressed in front of you, and the coffee keeps coming. Beer, wine and even champagne too. Family-run, quick on its feet, and open later at week's end.
