Rather than one kitchen, it gathers independent stalls under one roof: Gurch Coffee for espresso, Ramen Bros for arepas and specialty sandwiches, Cookie Queen Factory for cinnamon buns, Mister Softee for ice cream, plus local beer from Clermont Mini Bar and Suds Saloon. Visitors describe an industrial-market feel that rewards browsing between vendors. The space fills up fastest on weekends, when every stall runs at once.
