On Airport Pulling Road South in East Naples, D'Perú built its menu around one dish: pollo a la brasa, whole chickens marinated a full day in a family recipe, then roasted slowly over charcoal until the skin turns dark, smoky and crackling. Sides keep the rotisserie honest, crispy fried yucca, chaufa fried rice and French fries, while the kitchen turns out ceviche, lomo saltado, pollo saltado, causa de pollo and a whole fried red snapper, plus Inca Kola on ice. It runs fast-casual and family-owned, open since April 2025. Regulars say the chicken alone beats plates from pricier dining rooms.
