One of the chain's newer Florida bakeries, East Bradenton's Einstein Bros. Bagels sits on State Road 64 and trades daily from six in the morning until two in the afternoon. The pull is bagels baked in batches all shift: Classic Plain and Everything, Signature Asiago and Chocolate Chip, Gourmet Six-Cheese and Cheesy Hash Brown. Shmears arrive double-whipped, Onion and Chive through Honey Almond. Egg sandwiches are made to order, the All-Nighter and Farmhouse included, while lunch runs to Pizza Bagels and Nova Lox. Service is counter-and-go, with free Wi-Fi, app ordering and Baker's Dozen catering. Early, fast, and reliably warm.
