EL CAMINO – Restaurant
El Camino occupies a corner of Rosemary Square in downtown West Palm Beach, one outpost of a small South Florida group built around a refusal to cut corners: tortillas, sauces, everything made in house. The kitchen turns out guacamole, chicharrones, Mexican street corn with cotija, and short rib empanadas alongside smoked brisket nachos and smoked octopus. Tacos run from barbacoa and carne asada to crispy fish and pork belly, and plates stretch to chile-rubbed carne asada, with dessert closing on churros or tres leches. A dedicated tequila and mezcal book backs the bar. It is billed as Mexican soul food.
