Ember & Oak is a chef-owned wood-fired steakhouse at 712 East New Haven Avenue in downtown Melbourne, built around a tapas-style sharing format rather than individual entrees. Most of the menu is cooked over open oak fires, and the kitchen makes its own breads and desserts fresh in house daily.
