Enfrutruck, trading as Super Enfruta2, is a Colombian dessert truck built around fresh-cut fruit rather than a fixed storefront, piling melon, papaya, mango and strawberry under crema de leche, shredded cheese and a scoop of ice cream. The truck's signature combos carry playful superhero names, and the menu widens into cholado, lulada and guanabanazo alongside classic ice cream flavors. Snacks round it out with empanadas, pandebono and stuffed oblea wafers. Hours run into late evening most nights, closed Mondays, with the truck moving around Miami rather than staying put, building a following on its fruit combinations more than any dish.
