Fabrica Pizza is the St. Petersburg outpost of Fabrica Woodfired Pizza, tucked into the Windsor Central Arts building downtown and firing the same wood-oven menu as its sister restaurant. Signature pies include a Margherita with tomato sauce and basil, a Funghi with roasted mushrooms and onions, a Verdura with roasted broccolini and whipped ricotta, a Buffalo Chicken finished with black sesame, and an M.V.P. topped with Mike's Hot Honey. Diners can build their own 12-inch pie from a long list of proteins, vegetables and garnishes, or order a Kale Caesar salad. Gelato and wine on tap round out the room.
