Faena Theater is the cabaret-and-supper-club stage inside Faena Hotel Miami Beach, where a dinner and caviar menu runs alongside nightly performances. Caviar Russe anchors the top of the card, backed by small bites like golden truffle dim sum with foie gras emulsion, whipped feta dip, and caviar and chicken nuggets with French onion dip.
