Falabella Family Bistro grew out of 900 Degrees Woodfired Pizza, the Wesley Chapel spot owners Micaela and Steve first opened in 2011 before folding in recipes pulled from family kitchens in Milan and New York. The menu leans into that dual heritage: lasagna and chicken parmigiana sit near a short rib pasta, lobster ravioli and a seasonal butternut squash ravioli, with crispy fried burrata to start and stuffed salmon among the mains. Regulars describe a room that feels casual rather than formal despite the ambition on the plate. It is a family operation still, recipes and all, generation after generation.
