Blush Wine Room sits in The Krate at The Grove in Wesley Chapel, and its calling card is the Blushee, a frozen wine cocktail the room has built a following on. The food is designed to graze: garden hummus, honey feta and olive, smoked fish dip, Korean barbecue eggrolls, truffle fries and mac-and-cheese bites. A meat-and-cheese tower and a fried brie platter anchor the boards; flatbreads run hot honey pepperoni to pesto caprese. Mains cover chicken tikka skewers with garlic naan, crab cakes, falafel and empanadas. Tuesday night is bingo; and wine dinners, tastings and paint-and-sip evenings fill the calendar.
