FALCONS FIRE GOLF CLUB – American
Falcon's Fire is a fully public course in Kissimmee, no membership required, and its clubhouse kitchen backs that openness with Falcon's Nest, a restaurant open to anyone off the eighteenth green or just off the street. Breakfast runs seasonal, built around a full three-egg plate, an omelet with breakfast potatoes and toast, or an egg sandwich stacked with American cheese and a choice of meat. Lunch shifts toward sandwiches, including a classic club piled with turkey, ham, bacon and Swiss, plus a grilled mahi sandwich, backed by a full bar pouring cocktails and beer.
