Florida's first 24-hour Fatburger opened on Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park in March 2026, taking over a former Dairy Queen and becoming the first Jacksonville-area location for the Los Angeles-born burger chain. The menu centers on grilled-to-order patties, hand-stacked and finished with toppings like bacon, a fried egg, chili, or crispy onion rings, alongside hand-cut fries and thick, hand-scooped milkshakes. It is part of a planned forty-unit statewide expansion that already includes stores in Riverview and Celebration. Open into the early morning hours daily, it draws a late-night crowd as much as a lunch crowd. Custom orders are the norm.
