FIRST WOK – Restaurant

First Wok has run pickup-only Chinese takeout on Garden Street in Titusville for years, a small counter that leans on a long combination-platter menu rather than a dining room. The appetizer board runs fantail shrimp, pork egg rolls, cream cheese wontons, steamed or pan-fried dumplings and a Pu-Pu Platter for two loaded with spring rolls, beef sticks, crab rangoon and B-B-Q spare ribs. A house special soup for two anchors the soup list. The kitchen cooks with vegetable oil only, a point the menu states outright. Doors run late morning into the evening most days, with online ordering for pickup.
