The kitchen keeps a fry station running alongside a full cook line, working with fish, pork and beef through the week. Live entertainment fills the room five nights a week, and Sunday brings brunch service from 10:30 to 2 with music into the afternoon. Diners describe a relaxed, come-as-you-are atmosphere near the airport, good for a casual plate and a show. The restaurant closes for July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, and cuts hours short on Christmas Eve.
