FLAMING BOWL – Restaurant

Flaming Bowl, on North Congress Avenue in Boynton Beach, bills itself as South Florida's first Mongolian grill, pairing a build-your-own stir-fry bar with chef-made sushi and ramen. Guests select proteins, vegetables and sauces for the stir-fry line, cooked to order, while the sushi side runs to rolls and chef specials, with all-you-can-eat offered for the Mongolian bar. Appetizers, salads and soups open the menu, with drinks and desserts to finish. The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner, with extended hours on Friday and Saturday nights. It combines two cooking styles, grill and sushi bar, in one dining room.
