Just south of downtown Orlando on West Grant Street, the SODO branch sits behind a wooden tunnel while building work reshapes the block around it. Inside, Flippers Pizza Co. runs the brick oven it has used since 1987, with dough cold fermented ninety six hours and crushed DOP San Marzano tomatoes. Try the Honey Badger with Peppadew peppers, the Bianca with spiced ricotta, Buffalo Chicken, or a build your own with house roasted vegetables. Oven baked wings, Italian and Caesar salads and Sweet Street desserts follow. Local pints run five dollars on weekday afternoons. Open daily from ten until midnight.
