Flippers Pizza Co. has worked a brick oven since 1987, cold fermenting its dough for ninety six hours and building pizzas on crushed DOP San Marzano tomatoes. The OGP layers cup and char pepperoni under hot honey; Veg Out, All Meat and Deluxe cover the classics.
