Fluffy Fluffy is a Japanese style dessert café from the Fuwa Fuwa group, whipping egg whites to soft peaks and cooking them slowly over low heat. More than fifteen flavours run from the cream and fruit Signature to Classic Tiramisu, Matcha Tiramisu, Crème Brûlée and Nutella Banana. Savoury plates include salmon, avocado or bacon eggs Benedict and jalapeño maple chicken with pancakes. Burnt top Basque style cheesecakes come by the slice or as whole cakes.
